Exchange and Return Policy

At Oils Kesh, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase and are committed to providing a flexible and easy exchange and return policy to address any problem you may encounter with the products.

First: Return Policy

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided that:

1. The product must be in its original condition and unused.
2. The original invoice must be attached.

The refund will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The return process may take 7 to 14 days after the product arrives at our warehouse and its condition is checked.

Important notes:

• The item must be in its original condition and unused.
• The refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected within 3 to 7 business days.
• If the error is from the store, the shipping costs will be borne in full.

Second: Replacement conditions

The customer has the right to exchange the product within 7 days of the date of receipt in the following cases:

1. The product has a manufacturing defect.
2. The product was damaged upon arrival.

The following conditions apply to the replacement:

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.
• All original accessories and packaging must be intact and included.

After the request has been reviewed and approved, the replacement product will be sent as soon as possible.

Third: Products that are neither exchangeable nor returnable

The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Products that have lost their original packaging or one of their accessories.

Therefore, we recommend checking the product before opening the package.
